These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AtithiMitra mobile application operated by Aditya Buildcon ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using AtithiMitra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service Description
AtithiMitra is a visitor management system designed for residential societies that provides:

User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per user; multiple accounts are not permitted
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your contact information up to date
- Use strong passwords and enable security features
- Report any security concerns immediately
- Comply with your society's visitor management policies
Acceptable Use Policy

- Communicating with security personnel and residents
- Accessing visitor logs and history for legitimate purposes
- Using the app in accordance with your society's policies

- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Attempting to access data from other societies without permission
- Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the app
- Uploading malicious content or attempting to hack the system
- Harassing other users or violating their privacy
Data and Privacy
Your Data
You retain ownership of the personal data you provide. By using AtithiMitra, you grant us permission to process this data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide the service.
Visitor Data
When you register visitors, you confirm that you have obtained necessary consent from visitors for their data to be processed for security and management purposes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, you also have a responsibility to use the app securely and report any security concerns.
Service Availability
Service Limitations
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability
- Network connectivity issues may impact app functionality
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
AtithiMitra, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Aditya Buildcon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without our written permission.
Your Rights
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AtithiMitra for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya Buildcon shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Actions taken by third parties using the information from the app
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aditya Buildcon from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of AtithiMitra, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the app will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AtithiMitra will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai,Maharashtra, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the app
- Sending you an in-app notification
- Emailing you at your registered email address
Your continued use of AtithiMitra after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
